  I took a gold chain to Mobeus to have a pendant attached to a link. I left it on the Saturday , and asked if it could be ready by Friday as I was going on holiday. I received a call from them nearly 3 weeks later to inform me the item was ready for collection. When I queried the delay, all I got was " Sorry, that shouldn't have happened " . Good jewellers, but their customer service has a lot of room for improvement
